Ms. Irelan is Executive Director of AmeriChoice MSO operations in Indiana, which provides Enrollment Broker and PCCM Administrator services for the Medicaid managed care programs in Indiana, as well as telephonic care coordination and call center services for the Indiana Chronic Disease Management Program. Ms. Irelan is a master's-prepared Registered Nurse with more than 27 years healthcare industry experience, including 10 years in the Medicaid and managed care environments. Her extensive experience in medical management, utilization management, policy development, healthcare administration, consultation and new project implementation provides expertise to a wide range of healthcare applications and environments.
