AmeriChoice MSO Adds Director of Implementation

The AmeriChoice Management Services Organization (MSO) is pleased to announce the addition to our team of Flint Michels as Director of Implementation.

Michels has over 14 years of experience in managed care operations, critical care nursing and health care consulting. He has considerable expertise in disease management program analysis and enhancement, advanced provider and member utilization analysis, and clinical care and quality management initiatives.

Michels is responsible for implementing new MSO operations contracts, including staffing and policy development, as well as initiating discussions with clients and associated stakeholders upon contract award. Michels has a proven record of success working with Federal, State and private entities to develop and implement high-quality, cost-effective health care programs for medically and financially vulnerable populations.
